My son is currently obsessed with yogurt.

It’s funny because I have never really been all that into yogurt. I guess I’m just not a fan of the texture.

Though, I have grown to like it since my son demands it all the time.  We usually eat plain yogurt with fruit mixed in. Sometimes I add chia seeds or even cheerios for an extra crunch.

I have seen plenty of different recipes on Pinterest for frozen fruit dipped in yogurt. I even mention one in my post on Healthy Pink Recipes for Valentine’s Day.

I’ve also been trying to come up with some kind of easy, tasty, healthy recipe for this cute, mini heart mold tray.

So, I thought I’d mix up some chopped strawberries with some yogurt and throw them in the trays for an easy, healthy, festive treat for Valentine’s Day.

These frozen strawberry yogurt hearts are the perfect snack for you and you toddler.

This recipe was SO easy and SO yummy. My son could not get enough.

Tip: do NOT attempt to take pictures of delicious, frozen treats with your toddler standing right there.

I can’t wait to do this again. I may try a mix of different fruit too!

All you have to do is chopped up a few strawberries, mix it in with a cup of yogurt, then carefully put the mixture into the molds. I actually used one of the small spoons my toddler uses to put the mixture into the molds.

It may be a smart idea to put the mixture into a plastic bag, cut one of the ends off and pipe the mixture into the molds. Just make sure your hole is big enough for the strawberries to get through.
