We do it old school, turn up the music and dance around the house, bonus points for cleaning while you go 🙂
We’re supposed to get a big snow storm here in VA, so I will be using this list. I especially love the bowling and freeze dancing. We’re gonna have some fun this week!
Thanks, Danielle — glad you liked it!

Great post! Love these ideas and I have never heard of Tabata! I will definitely be checking it out!
Thanks, Jessica! Definitely give it a try, it’s awesome!
I love all of these fun ideas. Our kids really enjoy freeze dance. They also like doing dance ‘shows’ for us where they take turns dancing. It is really fun to see their different styles.

Trampoline parks are the best! Good luck, and thanks!
Love this! Love the Mom & Tot Tabata! I used to workout with my daughter all the time! Now she’s well over 30lbs and it’s getting more difficult. We also like to embrace the cold most days and go for walks or hikes in the woods. Great pics too – love all the snow!
Omg I just love trampoline parks!!! I wish they had one around here 🙁 swear I have more fun at those places than kids lol
We love the cold! But our cold is probably your warm. Great list!

I shuffle up the deck and each child gets to draw a card. They can read the letters or the phrase depending on the child’s age. Little ones have to make the animal noise, like “sssss” when they “Slither like a Snake.” Then, we perform each exercise for around one minute. Sometimes I have the kids count, such as “let’s count 20 arm circles,”
